TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brizzox API Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Brizzox provides a SaaS platform offering access to various APIs including Ad Libraries, Social Links, PropertyGuru, DDproperty, Facebook, and Instagram data APIs. The Service includes API access, dashboard management, usage analytics, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Keys and Usage

• API keys are issued per subscription and must not be shared, published, or embedded in client-side code.
• You are responsible for all API calls made with your keys.
• Rate limits are enforced per plan tier. Exceeding limits may result in throttling or suspension.
• We reserve the right to revoke API keys for violations of these Terms.

5. Billing and Credits

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD.
• Plan credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Extra credits purchased separately do not expire.
• Credits are consumed in order: plan credits first, then extra credits.
• Auto top-up, when enabled, charges your payment method automatically when credits fall below your configured threshold.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact admin@brizzox.com for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or billing mechanisms.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API access without written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service beyond your plan's limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. API response data is provided as-is from third-party sources. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable data protection laws when using API data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Brizzox. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brizzox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked and access will cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
